1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zeta (the "Service"), provided by Zeta Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of service

Zeta is a property operations platform covering hotel, restaurant, workforce, event, gym, and hospital management, offered under Lite, Pro, and Pro+ plans with different feature sets as described on our Plans page.

3. Accounts and access

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Access within your organization's account is controlled by role-based permissions set by your organization's administrators.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed as agreed between your organization and Zeta Labs at the time of onboarding. Pricing, feature availability, and billing terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another organization's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into the Service (guest records, employee records, patient records, and similar). We process this data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Certification scope

Certain modules (including Zeta Apollo) are built to a certification-free scope by design — for example, without ABDM/ABHA integration or NABH accreditation features. The Service is not represented as meeting any specific regulatory certification unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeta Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Service in accordance with the terms agreed at onboarding. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your organization's data before it is deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
